Return & Refund Policy

At Pema Arts, we take pride in offering authentic handmade shawls and traditional products from Nepal. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Products returned after 14 days from the date of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pema Arts cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
